Life is all about balance and so is my rehab. Feeling sore for two days after running was worrying me. Wanting to know if this was normal, I posed the question to the Facebook ACL Recovery Group.......

Feeling like a body builder today, I ditched the kettle bell and replaced it with a bar and weights to do my squats..............
And smell the roses we certainly did today. I tell a lie, it was actually the frangipanis..........
My first run was very clunky, the second was painful (bad technique) and the third, well.........
Noticing the flame tree in my garden burning red today, it didn’t go unnoticed that my rehab fire has been reignited............
